Office: Festal Office, everything (except the antiphons are not doubled at the major Hours) as on the feast; Ordinary melody and normal doxology for all hymns at the Hours.

At Mattins, 3 nocturns: Antiphons (not doubled), psalms and versicles as on the feast; 9 lessons - 1st. Nocturn, 3 lessons and responds from the occurring Scripture, 2nd. & 3rd. Nocturns' lessons and responds from the proper for 27 June, Te Deum.

At Lauds, 5 antiphons (not doubled) from the feast with Sunday psalms, Chapter, Hymn, Versicle,  Benedictus Antiphon, and Collect from the feast. No Commemorations or Suffrages.

At Prime, first antiphon from Lauds w/ Pss. 53, 118.1 & 118.2, No Preces, Short Lesson from the feast.

At the Hours, antiphons 2,3, & 5, respectively, from Lauds w/ the respective divisiones of Ps. 118; rest as on the feast.

At Mass, after Terce, Gloria, 2nd. Orations of Our Lady/Saints and 3rd. orations for the Pope or at the choice of the Celebrant, No Credo, Common Preface (Solemn Tone), Ite Missa est.

After None, the liturgical color remains white, but the Office changes to St. Leo II, Pope & Confessor, Semidouble, on the following day.

At Vespers, Festal antiphons (not doubled) from the Common of Bishop-Confessors w/ Pss. 109, 110, 111, 112, & 116, Chapter, Hymn, Versicle, and Magnificat Antiphon Sacerdos et Pontifex from the Common; Collect of the feast in the Proper, Comm. of the Octave (Antiphon Puer, Versicle Iste puer, Collect of St. John the Baptist), No Suffrages.

At Compline, No Preces, Salve Regina sung kneeling and in the Simple Tone.
