At Compline, No Preces, Salve Regina sung standing and in the Solemn Tone.

After Compline, the liturgical color remains white for the second day within the Octave the following day.

* In dioceses of the USA, tomorrow, 9 September, is the semidouble feast of St. Peter Claver, Priest & Confessor. At Vespers this evening, his commemoration occurs first before that of the Sunday.
