Notes:

1. The CTO this week follows exactly the Kalendar in place in 1568/1570 save for using Gregorian dates. Later revisions had raised the rank of two of this week's semidouble feasts to double, so the CTO had no work to do here as semidoubles abounded in the original Tridentine Kalendar.
