This year, since the Commemoration of the Faithful Departed is transferred to Monday, 3 November, Vespers of the Dead are not sung this evening, but are transferred to follow Sunday's II Vespers tomorrow evening.

This is one of my favourite weeks liturgically - two major feasts bookending a ferial/vigiltide with a rest stop in the middle. Not quite the Triduum effect when Christ the King falls on 31 October, but still a rich liturgical pattern.
