Notes for the Christmas Season & Epiphany Octave:
1. Unless otherwise stated, all hymns of iambic metre take the proper doxology of the Incarnation sung in the proper melodies for the Nativity  (until None on 5 January) or the Epiphany doxology and melody (from Vespers on 5 January through Compline on 13 January).
2. The Suffrages at Vespers and Lauds are omitted during the entirety of the Christmas season and Epiphany Octave.
