During the Paschal Season, from the Monday after Low Sunday through the Vigil of the Ascension inclusive, the single Paschal Suffrage of the Cross replaces all Suffragia at Vespers and Lauds on days of Simplex and Semiduplex rank outside of octaves.

During the same period, the Dominical psalms are always sung at Lauds, even in the Ferial Office; hence, there are no weekday Lauds, which always begin with Ps. 50, until after Trinity Sunday.

At Mattins, 3 nocturnes: Invitatory and hymn proper for the season, Paschal antiphons and psalms from the Psalter; rest from the Proper, Te Deum. At Lauds, Paschal antiphons w/ Pss. 92, 99, 62-66, Benedicite, 148-149-150; chapter proper, hymn and versicle of the season, Paschal Suffrage. At Prime,  Pss. 53, 118.1, 118.2, and Quicumque, Dominical Preces, short lesson for the season. At the Hours, proper capitula, short responds of the season. At Mass (after Terce), Gloria, 2nd. orations of Our Lady, 3rd. orations for the Church or the Pope., Credo, Paschal Preface. II Vespers of the Sunday, Paschal Suffrage. At Compline, Preces.

At Lauds, no Suffrage. At Prime, no Preces. At Mass (after Terce), Gloria, no Comms., Credo, Preface of S. Joseph. II Vespers of the feast, no Comm. of the following, no Suffrage. At Compline, no Preces.

Days II-VII of the Octave of S. Joseph are Simplex in rank and rite and yield way to all feasts; the days within the octave, however, are commemorated unless the Office be of a Duplex I or II classis feast. Also, as with the case with all octaves, the Suffrages and Preces are omitted.

Office from the Common of Apostles and Evangelists in Paschaltide. At Mattins, Te Deum. At Lauds, no Comms. In private recitation, the Litany of the Saints are said after Lauds. At Mass (after Terce), Gloria, no Comms., Credo, Preface of the Apostles. After None, Procession to the fields with the Litany of the Saints sung followed by the Rogation Mass in violet (the Paschal Candle is not lit for this Mass, no Gloria, no Comms., no Credo, Preface of Paschaltide, Benedicamus Domino). II Vespers of the feast, Comm. of the following Sunday only.
